If we haven’t met yet - hi, I’m Phéline (most friends call me Phé).

LÉPHIINE was born from a difficult question I kept asking myself: Do I really have to choose between a demanding professional career and my need for something deeper? Spirituality, without it becoming too woo-woo?

After taking a sabbatical, I thought I was standing at a crossroads. On one side was ambition, structure, and the career I had worked really hard for. On the other, spirituality, self-development, and a strong desire to live more mindful. For a while, I thought these two worlds couldn’t coexist and I had to give up one for the other.

But finally I realized they’re not opposites at all. In fact, they actually need each other. Ambition without inner alignment leads to burnout. Spirituality without grounding can feel disconnected from real life. I am (and always will be) learning how to hold both in a way that feels meaningful to me.

And I realized I wasn’t alone. So many ambitious women around me were craving the same thing: more depth, more meaningful conversations, and more genuine connection. All of that without giving up careers they care about.

That is why I created LÉPHIINE.

LÉPHIINE is a space for women who want to have both. A space to slow down, reflect, connect, and grow, while still moving forward in life and work. Through intimate in-person experiences, we bring together ambitious, self-aware women and create connections that go far beyond the surface.

It’s not about escaping real life. It’s about living it in a way that feels good to you.
