If we haven’t met yet - hi, I’m Phéline (most friends call me Phé) and LÉPHIINE was born from my own ongoing journey of trying to balance a demanding corporate career with a deeper need for meaning and connection.

After taking a sabbatical, I thought I had to choose: either thrive in the corporate world or embrace my spiritual side. But I realized that I didn’t have to give up one for the other. As a matter of fact, the two aren’t opposites - they actually complement each other. And I wasn’t alone. So many ambitious women I know crave meaningful conversations, personal growth, and spiritual connection, all while enjoying their corporate careers.

That’s why I created LÉPHIINE. A space for women who want to have both.

My vision is to bring together ambitious, self-aware women to connect, learn, grow, and simply be. Through intimate in-person experiences, LÉPHIINE bridges the gap between corporate ambition and inner fulfillment, creating a community that is build on connections that go far beyond the surface.
