This is the first retreat in Barcelona that brings together professional growth, spiritual and emotional depth, body-based practices, mindful leadership, and authentic self-expression. All held in one intentional and beautiful space.

Over the course of a long weekend, you will be guided through a journey that is designed as a natural, intuitive flow. A journey that mirrors the way real and lasting transformation happens.
We begin by turning inward. Slowing down. Creating space to reconnect with your inner voice. The one that often gets suppressed by expectations, deadlines, and the need for constant output.
From this calm place, you will be invited to explore and release emotional and energetic blocks that might be stored in your body.
The journey then moves into embodiment. Cultivating confidence, self-trust, and a grounded sense of leadership that comes from within. You will explore what mindful leadership truly means in your career, your relationships, and the way you show up in the world.
Finally, you will be supported in expressing yourself fully and authentically. Finding language, presence, and confidence to communicate your truth, your vision, and your value. Both personally and professionally.

These retreats are designed to return to yourself by flowing naturally between guided sessions and free time to rest, reflect, and enjoy the villa and its surroundings.
The experience follows a journey:

Our retreat takes place in a carefully chosen private villa: a space that feels like a world of its own. Think lush outdoor areas for quiet reflection and shared laughter, an area to rest and reset between sessions, and intimate indoor spaces designed for the kind of conversations that stay with you. A place that holds the experience as much as the program does.

Founder’s Note
Hi there,
In our retreats, we are blending ambition with spirituality, meaningful conversations with laughter, and growth with deep, genuine connection. It’s like a dream come true.
I created the concept for these retreats because I missed a space that truly brings everything together. Retreats that honor work and ambition and depth and mindfulness, without fragmenting the experience. I don’t want to have to attend different retreats to fulfill different needs. By inviting multiple facilitators into one weekend, in one place, we get to tap into an incredible and unique variety of wisdom and expertise, all woven into one weekend.
This is not your usual yoga retreat, a surf retreat, or a journaling retreat. It is a carefully curated journey designed to guide you back home to yourself, through a thoughtful combination of practices that speak to mind, body, and spirit.
Together with the facilitators, I am putting my heart and soul into this and I cannot wait to share a special weekend with you.

Phéline Grawden
Founder and facilitator
Phéline is the founder of LÉPHIINE and she created this retreat as a space where ambition and inner work can exist side by side.
During the retreat, Phéline will host and guide many of the connective moments that shape the weekend: opening and closing circles, a cacao ceremony, meditations and journaling exercises, creative expression sessions, and energizing movement. Her role is to hold a safe and grounded space where participants can slow down, tune in, and express themselves freely. Her approach is intuitive, warm, and down-to-earth.
Nourishment
During the retreat, our private chef Mollie will prepare fresh and nourishing meals for us each day. The menus are designed to support your energy and focus throughout the weekend and all dietary preferences and requirements can be accommodated, just let us know in advance.
Drinks are included, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, with wine and cava available in the evenings. Snacks and small treats are available throughout the day, so you’ll never be hungry. If you’re missing a specific milk or small treat, we will happily arrange it.

Note: Transportation is not included. The villa is easiest to reach by car, and we suggest renting one together in small groups to share costs. Once all applications are received, we are more than happy to support with logistics and help connect women who would like to travel together.

The retreat is intentionally intimate and limited to 14 women, allowing for depth, connection, and a feeling of safety throughout the weekend.
This number excludes our founder Phéline, our host Daniela, and our private chef Mollie, who will be with you throughout the entire weekend to provide a grounded home base, guidance, and care.

Thursday 28 May - Arrival day: You’re welcome to settle in from 5PM, giving you time to relax and soak in the space.
Sunday 31 May - Departure day: Check-out will be shared closer to the retreat, but is expected to be around 3:30PM.

Absolutely. Every meal at our retreat is prepared to nourish both body and mind. Whether you follow a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary plan, we’ll ensure your needs are fully supported.
When you confirm your booking, we’ll ask you to share any preferences or restrictions so our private chef can create dishes that are delicious, and just for you.

Absolutely! We welcome pregnant women as well. Please let us know in advance so we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the retreat.

The retreat price does not include:
Transportation to and from the villa
Travel insurance (recommended for your peace of mind during your journey)
Everything else (meals, sessions, accommodations, and curated experiences) are included, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying about anything.

Yes! Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided for all of you, so you don’t need to bring your own.

To secure your spot, a €200 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your place and allows us to commit to upfront retreat costs.
You can then choose to:
Pay the remaining balance in full, or
Pay in two separate installments, one on 1 May 2026, and a final payment on or before 30 June 2026 (after the retreat has taken place).
We offer the post-retreat payment option because we genuinely trust you, and we understand that large amounts can be a lot to navigate all at once. We want this experience to feel as accessible as possible.

If you can no longer attend, we are happy to support you in transferring your spot to another woman.

Yes! You can choose to pay in full or spread your investment across three payments. The final installment is due on 30 June 2026 (after the retreat) because we trust you, and we want the financial side to feel manageable.
