Think of it less as a program and more as a flow. Our weekend moves through four natural phases, each one building on the last, the way real transformation actually works.

Day by Day Overview.

Day 1 | Arrival and Opening

Day one is about arriving. We slow down, settle in, and share our first dinner together before opening the weekend with an intention setting circle. A gentle and grounded start to what's ahead.

Day 2 | Going Within and Self Exploration

Day two is where we start to dive deeper into our minds. After a morning meditation and yoga session, we move into guided journaling, a mindset workshop, and a leadership session from a C-level executive. All designed to shift the way we see ambition, confidence, and what it really means to lead.

Day 3 | Embodiment and Release

Day three is where we go into the body. After sunrise meditation and yoga, we move into a playful activity that gets the heart rate up, followed by an immersive breathwork journey and an integration session to let it all land. Just like every day, in between, there's space to rest, reflect, and simply enjoy the environment. We close the evening with our last supper: a festive dinner to celebrate ourselves and each other.

Day 4 | Expression and Closure

Our final day is about pulling it all together: finding your voice, your presence, and your truth. We open with a morning yoga practice before moving into a full expression and communication workshop that carries us through to our closing and departure. The perfect way to end our time together!

Founder of LÉPHIINE and your host for the weekend. Phéline holds the space: from our opening circle to when we have to say our goodbyes with warmth, intuition, and a lot of love.

Daniela Galarza

Daniela will be supporting Phéline in hosting the weekend and facilitating one of our workshops: a connection and self-discovery experience where you get to hear who you truly are through someone else's eyes.

Heather Figallo

Being the CTO at Vueling Airlines, Heather has built an extraordinary career without losing herself in the process. Her session on ambition and mindful leadership is the kind of honest, been-there perspective we rarely get access to.

Marta guides our breathwork journey that will help you release what your body has been holding onto. Expect to feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease after her workshop.

A California native who came to Barcelona 30 years ago and never left. Catrine has spent decades helping women who have something meaningful to say finally say it: clearly, confidently, and authenticly.

Dynamic and grounding yoga practices, every morning. Ester's vinyasa classes blend flow, breathwork, and stillness into something that stays with you throughout the day.

Assumpta Munsi

Opera singer turned mindset coach. Assumpta spent 18 years performing on stage and now she helps ambitious women to stop playing small and finally take up the space they deserve.

Nourishment.

Mollie is an Mollie is an experienced private retreat chef who has cooked for some of Barcelona's best wellness retreats. We're lucky to have her with us all weekend. Every meal is fresh, nourishing, and tailored to keep you energised throughout the day. All dietary needs are accommodated, drinks are included

Photographer Note.

A professional photographer will be joining us for the weekend to experience the retreat and to capture the moment we’ll have together. By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed, but of course we handle this with care. No unflattering moments, nothing shared without taste, and if there's a specific shot you would rather we didn't use, just tell us.

We're also working with some beautiful brands who would love for us to capture a few moments with their products. We may ask if you're happy to be part of that, but there's never any pressure. Your comfort always comes first.
